Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted. Custom-built systems and large equipment may require additional lead time. We will notify you if delays occur.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers depending on order size. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

Large items such as solar kits, batteries, tanks, and trailers ship via freight.

Freight Deliveries (Large Orders)

  • Customer must be present at delivery.

  • Delivery location must be accessible for a semi-truck unless arranged otherwise.

  • Residential or liftgate service must be requested in advance and may incur additional fees.

Additional carrier fees caused by limited access or special requirements are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Inspection – Important

Inspect all freight shipments at delivery.

If damage is visible:

  • Note it clearly on the Bill of Lading before signing.

  • Take photos.

  • Notify us within 24 hours.

Failure to document damage at delivery may void freight claims.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments may be subject to return freight charges and restocking fees.
